This year's festival will be packed with African American traditions and cultures to include, live music, vendors, and amped up parties! While there, we will part take in some of the beautiful scenery that N'Awlins has to offer from the Mississippi River, to the French Quarter, to Bourbon Street and everything in between! Let us not forget about that indigenous Cajun and Creole cuisine....uhm uhm good!!

We have a convenient monthly payment plan. All you have to do is make your monthly payments and we will take care of all of your travel arrangements

  we must receive a payment  every 30 days in order to hold your room. Payments are also accepted before the 15^th of each month. If we do not receive a payment by the 20^th of each month; your room is subject to forfeiture.

All payments are non refundable due to contractual agreements with the hotel and motor coach companies.

Name changes are permitted up to 30 days before departure.

Hotels require you to present a credit card at check in for incidentals.

No one can be added to the group after 4/15/2013.

Late fee of $50 per person applied immediately after the final payment due date.

Everyone must be 21 or older to ride the motor coach.
